Head PGA Professional
Scott has been the head golf pro at the Ballantyne Country Club since
1998. Prior to joining the Club staff, he was an assistant golf pro at
Biltmore Forest Country Club in Asheville, N.C. He is a "Class A"
member of the PGA TOUR.
Eric
Brown
1st Assistant Golf Professional
Eric joined the staff at Ballantyne Country Club in March 2001 as assistant
golf pro. He is a "Class A" member of the PGA TOUR. Eric brings
10 years of teaching experience and tournament operations to Ballantyne
Country Club. Prior to joining the staff, Eric was an assistant and caddie
master at Westwood Country Club in Cleveland.
Joe
Maher
Assistant Golf Professional
Joe has been an assistant golf pro at Ballantyne Country Club since 1997.
He started working in the golf industry in 1988 at a public golf facility
in New York. Originally from Elmira, N.Y., he earned a bachelor's degree
in physical education, health and recreation from Coastal Carolina University.
Sara
Doell
Assistant Golf Professional
Sara Doell joined the staff in January 2001 as an assistant golf pro.
The Rochester, N.Y., native graduated from Penn State University with
a bachelor's degree in communications. Sara spent four summers teaching
golf at the Webster Junior Golf Program, which yields hundreds of junior
golfers from the Rochester area. Sara holds several women's golf records
at Penn State.
